Recent Events!
I'm BACK!!
After yet another "hectic" week.
I meant the waking up part when I say "hectic".
Hence, the inverted commas.
Anyway, its time to discuss on recent events!
Firstly, Class Dinner at Newton Food Centre!
Followed by a pretty disastrous Disaster Movie...
Whole class went to Newton to break fast with me and have dinner. Food was damn nice and filling. Especially the beef and the stingray. 好吃!
Then we went off to Cineleisure to watch something disastrous.
Ironically, the name of the movie was similar to the word "disastrous".
Disaster Movie
I must say, the first front parts of the movie were pretty humourous.
Then it all started from "Jessica Simpson" singing songs. The only best part of the movie to me, would be when the credits came out. The end of my torment.
I would give this movie a score of.... 2/10.
By the way, its pronounced "grahn preez". Not Grand Prix itself.
Or you can pronounce it my style. "Grond Prey"
Yes. Definitely must talk about this.
Although I went there to meet Haziq at work, but who can ignore the racing sounds that speeds past their ears?
Apparently, the race course was called "Marina Bay Circuit Track". Pretty cool name. Must be due to the word Marina Bay. Sounds Tokyo Drift-ish. By the way, I'm comparing this to a few of the other names.
Not to mention, its a night race. And the cars were really nice.
About the sounds... Well.. Here's my 2 cents worth on it.
Its really damn shiok to hear the sound of a Formula 1 Car race past, and even see it in motion. Followed by the few sonicbooms that come after the car has moved like 300 metres away from you.
But after that, it gets abit painful.
About half a dozen cars come along later. The sound of tires and engines revving past gets repeated over and over again. Not to mention, each car that moves past produces sounds similar to ten thousand, or perhaps 1 million houseflies that are hovering 1 cm away from your ear.
But still, the coolest part is how each car moves past so quickly in a blink of an eye. How pieces of rubber and tar that gets burned can be seen as a piece of ember flying into the sky and disappearing after that. How a dozen cars that move past look as if they are breaking the speed of sound from the amount of vapour or dust that can be seen as if it was the dust tail of a comet.
This event is definitely worth a score of 10/10.
Not to mention, Singapore should have netted in a few hundred grand from this event.
So please, lower prices for everything. And make that god damn 7% GST to 5% again. Because I still don't see any increase in services from any restaurants. It still the same old:
Oh yea. Didn't forget to mention. It was Bear's Birthday!
Had a pretty brief celebration with him and the guys inside. Because my team was about to go for the school promo.
Happy Birthday!
Thirdly, FASTING MONTH'S OVERRRRR!!!!!
No more waiting till 7 p.m to eat.
No more waking up early to eat.
No more growling stomachs.
No one to tempt me anymore, even though it doesn't work.
No more waking up late I guess.
For the next 365 days, perhaps.
And I did something I'm really proud of.
On the last day of fasting, I didn't wake up to eat at 5 a.m. By the way, this is called sahur. Its the last time to eat before we start fasting at 6 p.m.
My stomach growled at 10 a.m, 12 p.m and around 3 p.m.
I went for NAPFA training and did:
Bandung, H2O and plain water never tasted that good.
Next up, Prawning and movies coming up!
And I do feel I've got a good monster hunting partner and party coming up! Time to get stronger! 7* village quest clear! And I'm trying to solo the G* myself. For now, I did solo the dual Hypnoc, even though I'm pretty noobish compared to the pros.
But mehh... its good enough for me.
Getting late already. Gotta blast!

- Zero humour. Literally. Perhaps for us Singaporeans.
- I wasted S$7.70 on it.
- Its simply disastrous as compared to their previous production, Meet The Spartans.
- Just to make it worse, its still disastrous if you're reading this point.

- "Hi! How may I help you?"
- "That will be all?"
- "Do you want to serve it now or later?"
- "Do you want any additional toppings?"
